Gender Equality Index – FAREVA 2025 Results

For several years, FAREVA has been committed to promoting gender equality across all its sites.

In compliance with the “Professional Future” law of September 5, 2018, all companies with more than 50 employees are required to publish their Gender Equality Index, based on five key indicators.

This index, scored out of 100 points, is designed to assess potential disparities and identify areas for improvement. A score below 85 necessitates the implementation of corrective action plans.
At FAREVA, this tool forms part of a broader commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities.
