A quality expert or pharmacist is present in each site with the support of the Group’s Quality team. Our goals : guarantee Good Manufacturing Practices and compliance with your specifications, ensure an environment with high quality standards and ensure microbiological safety of your products. Our areas of expertise cover all the ISO 22716, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards. Our standards are based on the IFS, BF, Ecocert/Cosmos, cGMP, FDA, EMA, ANVISA standards covering all markets (i.e. Canada, Russia, Australia, Korea, China…).
Regulatory support
Our teams are specialized according to business sector. Our role is to monitor, analyze, and apply regulations during the design and/or manufacture of your products. For your specific projects, we provide you with training as well as support until your products hit the market.
Customer service, supply, and logistics
Our goal : guarantee availability and on-time delivery of your products. The customer service dedicates a single contact person on each site. Entry point for all your questions, it monitors your order book, sets up periodic reviews, and coordinates with other activities : packaging & raw materials supply management to optimize inventory, schedule management to meet your deadlines and optimize our productivity and short- & long-term logistic support with inventory management solutions and ad hoc storage conditions (including controlled and specific temperatures).
