Florent Vallet has been appointed Senior Vice President of Industrial Strategy & Performance at FAREVA Pharma & API and has joined the Executive Committee.

The appointment of Florent Vallet as Senior Vice President Industrial Strategy & Performance and member of the Executive Committee reflects this conviction – and marks a new step in strengthening the support we provide to our teams and our customers.
Since joining FAREVA in 2023, Florent Vallet has played a key role in the development of our API activities. First leading API Operations and later taking responsibility for both Sales and Operations, he has worked closely with our sites, teams and customers, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and expectations.
Today, his journey within FAREVA continues with a broader responsibility across the Pharma & API Business Unit.
Putting people at the heart of industrial performance
In his new role as Senior Vice President Industrial Strategy & Performance, Florent will help drive FAREVA Pharma & API’s industrial strategy and support our sites across key operational disciplines, including Operational Excellence, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HSE and Human Resources.
Behind these areas are first and foremost people: teams who develop solutions, operate our facilities, solve complex challenges and work every day to deliver for our customers.
Florent’s mission will therefore be as much about connecting expertise and sharing best practices as it is about performance – helping our sites progress together while preserving the agility and autonomy that are part of FAREVA’s DNA.
