To ensure our commitments translate into measurable impact, we have developed an annual action plan tailored to each site. This allows for local adaptation while maintaining a unified global direction. Our progress will be evaluated annually through self-assessments, followed by cross-site audits to validate results and continuously improve our approach.

The FAREVA 2024-2030 CSR Strategy has been presented to key teams, including commercial teams, HSE, and CSR representatives. Over the coming months, we will continue sharing it widely across the company, ensuring that all employees are engaged in this collective journey.
