Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of non-exempt associates. Directly tasked to ensure high level of service to the Representatives by meeting the production requirements and adhering to quality and safety standards at the lowest cost. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the shift including safety, quality, regulatory compliance, service, production, cost and people management. This role will also be responsible for championing packaging initiatives for continuous improvement by monitoring existing standards and developing improvement strategies in line with NA Business Unit objectives. Ensure that production schedules are executed. Supervisor is responsible for building a cohesive team through positive recognition, coaching and, when necessary, progressive discipline.

This position will provide leadership and coordination of company financial analysis, short and long term planning, project & cost analysis, and budget management functions.
This position will work closely with all Company departments on a regular basis, including Operations, to analyze the business, identify, and recommend to leadership actions which support company objectives and drive financial results.

Provide predictive and preventative maintenance support, failure analysis, root cause determination and execution of continuous improvement strategies using the accepted best practices. Responsible for facilitating development of equipment strategies, analyzing data, and utilizing risk-based work selection principles to drive longer term business improvements. Conducts analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and weight, size and availability of materials/equipment. Manages packaging mechanics, maintains equipment, reduces equipment changeover time and improves the equipment uptime. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures. Develops, plans and implements activities to increase equipment efficiency and reliability to positively impact operations and reduce maintenance costs.
