FAREVA is pursuing its strategy with three new acquisitions in 2012.
Continuing the implementation of its strategy, FAREVA has just completed three acquisitions that allow it to expand its offer :

- Acquisition in July of the Brazilian company July K & G Louveira, near Sao Paolo. This company of 800 people, specialized in the manufacturing of cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, lotions, shower gels ..) reinforces our presence in South America and completes Itupeva’s production tool (perfumes, aerosols), which started its activity at the beginning of the year 2012

- Acquisition in September of the SANOFI Romainville site, which allows the Group to strengthen its position in the field of sterile API, providing additional production capacity in France, and to "open the doors" of trade in Biochemical and biotechnology Engineering.

-Acquisition in October of the Procter & Gamble Poissy site (formerly ROCHAS) specialized in the packaging of up-market perfumes, which expands our production capacity in France and gives us a presence close to major clients in luxury.
